This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation given on 03.01.2020 in Na.Ka.No.27/2020 A4 pending on the file of the Tahsildhar (Fair Rent Fixation). 2.

Mr.K.Parameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has called the petitioner for an enquiry on 17.12.2020 at 3.00 p.m. The petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all relevant documents. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
