O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to process the petitioners' application for appointment of Non-hereditary trustee in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15534 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that 26 applications received by the second respondent were processed and the papers are now pending before the first respondent for passing orders for appointment of Non-hereditary trustee.

3. The learned Government Advocate also says that the petitioners' application is one among the 26 applications under consideration. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents is recorded. 2/4

4. This Court in the earlier Writ Petition in WP.No.15534 of 2023 directed the official respondents to process the applications and make appointments within a period of six weeks from 19.06.2023 therefore, no further order is required in this petition.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
