By the order dated 25.07.2024, this Court disposed of the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2019 within a period of four months after compliance of certain conditions by the petitioner.

2.The learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee, by a letter to the Registry dated 26.11.2024, seeks extension of time for speedy disposal of the case which has been delayed.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamalle, four months time is hereby granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
