The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for certain accommodation in paying the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.1,70,35,486/- demanded by the respondent Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited in few installments.

2.Heard, Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited. 3.This Court now directs the petitioner to pay the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.1,70,35,486/- in six (6) equal monthly installments commencing from August 2023.
