ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.) Heard Mr.C.Vediappan, learned counsel for, M/s.C.S.Associates for the petitioner and Mr.M.Venkateshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that the order and direction has been complied with and to the said effect, the copies of the orders passed by the Block Educational Officer, Veppur dated 26.08.2019 and 06.09.2021 were produced.

3.The learned Government Advocate, who is present in Court, submitted that within two weeks from today, the monetary benefits would be settled.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 06.09.2021 is not a full compliance of the direction issued by the Court. While disposing of Contempt Petition No.3114 of 2014 dated 16.07.2015, it was made clear that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the proceedings that may be passed by the Department, it is open to him to challenge the

same in separate proceedings. Therefore, while closing the contempt petition, we give liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 06.09.2021 and other related proceedings, if the petitioner has any further grievance.

5.Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed with the aforementioned liberty. No costs.
