As.No.1036 of 2007 CMP.No.13586 of 2020 in A.S.No.593 of 2010 S.S.SUNDAR, J., This petition is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased/3rd respondent.

2. It is admitted that the 6th respondent is also one of the legal representatives of the deceased/3rd respondent. The proposed parties namely the respondents 30 and 31 are also the other legal representatives of the deceased/ respondent. This petition is not opposed. In order to avoid further time, this Court is of the view that the petition may be ordered with a direction to the appellant to issue notice to the respondents in the appeal namely the newly impleaded parties.

3. As a result, this petition is ordered.
