[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Mr.K.Venkatasubban of M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates (Law Firm), learned counsel for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw captioned main 'Writ Petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) and captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity) thereat as there is no mention in the writ affidavit about W.P.No.38895 of 2024 (Public Interest Litigation) in which the writ petitioner is R2 and R2 has already entered appearance. To be noted that PIL is pending. Request for leave to withdraw the captioned matter is acceded to.

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: Page Nos.2/4

3. Captioned WP and captioned WMP thereat are disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit with preservation of rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to come up with a fresh writ petition after full and complete disclosure of all necessary particulars. There shall be no order as to costs.
