(Crime No.2 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition to appear before the Respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.MP.No.6189 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14834 of 2020 order dated 12.10.2020, passed by this Court. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.MP.No.6189 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14834 of 2020 order dated 12.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.MP.No.6189 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14834 of 2020 order dated 12.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
