The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 62 days in filing this Criminal Revision against the order dated 22.01.2024 passed in M.C.No.11 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Erode.

2.Mr.S.Thirukkumaran, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents and has no objection for this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.Thirukkumaran, learned counsel for the respondents in the cause list and number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 08.08.2024.
