O R D E R

1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 says that writ petition can only be withdrawn, upon payment of cost . 2.1. I tend to agree with the submission of learned counsel for respondent No.1.

3. The writ petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to respondent No.1, i.e. Udumalpet Municipality, within one (1)

week from today.

4. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
