ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.03.2026 for the alleged offences under Sections 189 (4), 125, 61 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, r/w 25 (1A) Arms Act, 1959 and 4, 5 of Explosive Substance Act, in Crime No.121 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been in custody since 31.03.2026. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court
and ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police drew the attention of this Court to the orders dated 08.06.2026 in Crl.O.P.Nos.13508, 13518, 13602 and 13618 of 2026, wherein this Court dismissed the bail applications of the other co-accused (A3, A4, A6, A11 & A14). He further submitted that the same parity must be applied to the petitioner. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.Considering the serious allegations against the petitioner and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is of the firm view that, the petitioner is not entitled for bail at this stage.
