2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Case has been committed in P.R.C.No.33 of 2020 by the learned Magistrate and it has now been taken up before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore and this case is posted to 23.12.2020.
