ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the detenue had returned to the matrimonial home. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, sought permission of this court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
