ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 454 & 380 of IPC in Cr.No.757 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner broke down the door of the house of defacto complainant and stolen the articles worth about Rs.92,000/-. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the law enforcing agency. Based on which, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there are eight previous case pending against the petitioner which are similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the previous cases pending against the petitioner and the property has not been recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
