PHILIP RAVINDRAN JESUDOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.PRATHAP KUMAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In view of the endorsement made by the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. On the request of counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the period of incarceration coupled with the fact that the counsel is ready to argue the appeal, post the appeal for final hearing on 29.08.2019.
