This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the above Criminal Revision petition against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.24306 of 2024 on the file of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 33 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
