On 26.03.2021, Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that without the police protection, the surveying and putting up of fence around the land in question cannot be undertaken. In view of the State Assembly Election Process, she sought time for reporting compliance.

2.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that 6th September 2021 may be fixed as a date to visit the place for surveying the land in question so that the

fencing can be done safely.

3.Since the State Assembly Election Process is over, this Court is inclined to fix a date for surveying the land in question. Accordingly, the petitioner and the respondents concerned are permitted to visit the place on 06.09.2021 for surveying the land in question so as to complete the fencing. 4.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 5.It is made clear that fencing will be done at the costs of the petitioner.
