Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rule 1 of High Court O.S. Rules 1956 read with Order VII Rule 1 of CPC for the following reliefs : a] for a declaration that the elections of defendants 2 to 8 dated 21.03.2021 as office bearers of the VGN Stafford Flat Owners Welfare Association as illegal and the resolutions passed at the Extraordinary General Body Meeting on 14.08.2021 null and void and not be implemented b) for a mandatory injunction directing the first defendant to ensure conduct of elections of the VGN Stafford Flat Owners Welfare Association in accordance with the bye-laws by appointing an independent election officer.

c) for a permanent injunction restraining the defendants 2 to 8, their man and agent from action as the officer bearers of the VGN Stafford Flat Owners Welfare Association.

d) for costs of the suit;
