Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to condone the absence of the petitioner before the Learned XI Additional City Civil Court Chennai in M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.646 of 2010 on 01.09.2017, 01.10.2017, 01.11.2017 and 01.12.2017 by appreciating the above said facts and circumstances and pass such further order or others as deem fit and proper to the circumstance of the thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAJASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the absence of the petitioner before the learned XI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai in M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.646 of 2010 on 01.09.2017, 01.10.2017, 01.11.2017 and 01.12.2017 by appreciating the above said facts.
2. As per the direction of this Court, today the petitioner K.Subramanian, appeared before this Court in-person, his presence is recorded.
3. In view of the reasons stated in the petition, the non appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court on 01.09.2017, 01.10.2017, 01.11.2017 and 01.12.2017 and 01.01.2018, is hereby condoned.
4. The petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the learned XI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai on 24.01.2018 and 30.01.2018 and thereafter, first of every month starting from 01.02.2018 at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. -sd/- 22/01/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
