(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) order 1982 r/w.7(i)(a)(ii) EC Act 1955 in Crime No.297 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Already this Court by an order dated 16.10.2020, in Crl.O.P.No.16488 of 2020 granted Anticipatory bail. Since the petitioner is not able to execute the sureties within the stipulated period, the present application has been filed. Hence, this application is not maintainable in the eye of law.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition for extension of time to execute the sureties.
