O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned Proceedings of the third respondent in No.A1/7151/2010 dated 02.06.2010, whereby, the petitioner was directed to remove the encroachment made by him.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more. He has also produced a copy of the death certificate to that effect.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
