ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.05.2025, seeking bail in Crime No.196 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 125, 311, 351(3) of BNS. Page No.1 of 3
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner threatened the defacto complainant at knife point and robbed a sum of Rs.1250/-. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is an innocent person and false case has been foisted against her. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that there are 10 previous cases against the petitioner.
5. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
