Till date, the equipments have not been re-possessed by the Advocate Commissioner, despite sufficient opportunities have been given by this Court to execute the warrant of commission. No useful purpose would be served, if these applications are allowed to be kept pending.

2. Accordingly, these applications are closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file fresh applications seeking for the very same relief once the equipments are located.
