This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 13.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16177 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16177 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court finds no ground to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16177 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
