Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall stay at Chennai, and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17257 of 2020 order dated 04.11.2020, passed by this Court.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner on his release from prison shall stay at Chennai, and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.17257 of 2020 dated 04.11.2020 until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17257 of 2020 dated 04.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Nannilam, Thiruvarur District, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
