The petition is filed to condone the delay of 115 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Despite serious opposition by Mr.B.K.Sreenivasan, learned counsel for the respondent, since sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, I am inclined to condone the delay.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
