ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Official Liquidator that he has already been appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the company and no further order is required.

2.It is to be seen that the assets of the company have already been taken charge by the learned Official Liquidator. However, no progress is made as of now. Thus the learned Official Liquidator is directed to file appropriate application seeking further direction from this Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a claim before the learned Official Liquidator, who shall adjudicate upon the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the claim. 3.With the above directions, the company petition stands closed.
