This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the Criminal Appeal before this Court which was filed against the conviction order dated 17.03.2025 passed in S.C.No.44 of 2021 on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act cases, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 19 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
