Seeking leave to file suit against the respondents/defendants 2 to 8, who reside outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application. 2.The suit is filed for declaration and mandatory injunction. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the defendants 2 to 8 reside outside the jurisdiction of this Court whereas the first defendant resides within the jurisdiction of this Court. The whole cause of action arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. To avoid multiplicity of proceedings, leave is necessary to file single suit against all the defendants, the learned counsel contended.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
