When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that First Information Report has been filed based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant in Crime No.171 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 & 427 of IPC.

Considering the above submission, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition with the correct Crime Number.
