(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the rights given in respect of the median of the road to the petitioner are different from the ones for which notice has been issued in the present writ petition.

2.The aforesaid being the position, we put a query to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to how the petitioner is aggrieved.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, seeks to withdraw the petition in view of the aforesaid facts. Endorsement is made.
