ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2026 in accordance with law along with police protection permitting the petitioner to organize and conduct inauguration and Kumbabishegam of Arulmigu Sri Mariamman Thiru Koil, Kottiyal Village, Udaiyarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur

district under the leadership of the petitioner as per the second respondent order in CMP.No.1 of 2007 dated 16.02.2007 on the file of second respondent herein and pass such further or other orders.

2. Heard Mr. R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.05.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 5th respondent and counter parties, if any, and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
