ORDER

The petitioner now seeks a direction to the respondents to release the incentive under Dr.Ambedkar scheme for social integration through inter-caste marriage. He being a backward class man marrying a woman from the scheduled caste. 2.Mr.M.Ramamoorthi, the learned Special Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and informs that the office of the second respondent, which is entrusted with the responsibility of disbursing such incentives, has been relocated to the address given for the second respondent in the cause title, whereas the application is addressed to his old address. 3.The petitioners are now required to give yet another representation to the office of the second respondent. Whereupon, the second respondent is required to take a decision on the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date it reaches them.
