These applications are filed by the plaintiff to take substitute service to the defendant, since the summons could not be effected on the defendant.

2. On perusal of the affidavit, this Court being satisfied with the reason stated therein, allowed these applications for substituted service.

3. Accordingly, the plaintiff is permitted to take paper publication in one issue of "Daily Thanthi" widely circulated in the locality of the respondent's last known address stating the date of hearing as 11.11.2021
