This petition is filed to condone the delay of 27 days in preferring the A.S.SR.No.87004 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a counter affidavit opposing the petition.

3. However, this Court, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 27 days is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
