Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to include the name of all the legal heirs of Late.Nanjamma, W/o.Venkataramanappa in the electricity connection Service Number 321, Nandhimangalam Distribution (003), Bagalur Rural Section (082), Krishnagiri Circle (421) and Vellore Region (08) which is currently in the name of the 5th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2023.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 07.06.2023 and to include him as a legal heir of the deceased consumer Nanjamma. 2.The second respondent is now required to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2023 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
