This petition is filed to implead the defacto complainant/proposed third respondent herein as third respondent in the above criminal revision.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) takes notice for the first respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Crl.RC.No.1101 of 2023 and list the matter 'for admission' after two weeks.
