Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all the CMP's are allowed.

2. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause list.

3. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that Appichi Gounder, 4th respondent in S.A.No.639 of 2020 and 3rd respondent in SA.No.642 of 2020 is no more.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that 1st respondent is no more.

5. List the matter after three weeks for taking steps.
