This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass final orders in A.R.C.No.2/2019/K within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that, her husband was allotted a plot by the second respondent Society. The further case of the petitioner is that, the entire money has been settled by her husband as early as in the year 1999 itself. The second respondent did not execute the sale deed with respect to the plot in favour of the petitioner's husband and it was getting delayed. Therefore, the husband of the petitioner initiated A.R.C proceedings before the first respondent seeking for the relief of the execution of the sale deed in his favour. The petitioner's husband expired and the grievance of the petitioner is that the matter has already been heard and the final date of hearing was on 16.04.2021. Even thereafter, no orders were passed. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking for directions to the first respondent to dispose of the A.R.C proceedings.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed on record, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders in A.R.C.No.2/2019/K within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if no final orders have already been passed.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
