(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to produce the body and person his wife, namely Ambika, aged about 28 years before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint by post only on 07.01.2016 and even before the ink could dry, he has approached this Court for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus.
