2. The petitioner complains of another resident of the same village having been given certain rights by the State in respect of a land despite objection by others.

3. The local authorities considered the objection in great detail and, upon indicating cogent reasons, the order impugned dated September 4, 2020 came to be passed to justify the grant.

4. Since the personal interest of the petitioner is involved in the present matter, it cannot be seen to be a public interest litigation.
