This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12716 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Kovilpatti and report before the Kovilpatti West Police Station everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.07 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Nannilam.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner are directed to appear before the Principal District Judge, Nannilam once in every month and on all hearing dates without fail.
