Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobedience of order made in W.P.N.o.27348 of 2016 dated 07.09.2017.

O R D E R

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 07.09.2017 in W.P.No.27348 of 2016.

2. During the pendency of the contempt petition, the issues with reference to Rule 11 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978, was adjudicated by the Full Bench of this Court and a judgment was delivered on 03.12.2019. Thus, the case of the contempt petitioner is also to be considered by the respondents, based on the judgment of the Full Bench dated 03.12.2019 in W.A.Nos.158 of 2016 etc., In this view of the matter, the respondents have not committed any 2/3

willful contempt and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
