Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.2 & 3 enter into "Tri-Partite Agreement" with recognized Unions including the petitioner in accordance with G.O.(Ms.)No.100, (Energy B2) Department) dated 19.10.2010 read with Section 133 of the Electricity Act, 2003. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to enter into Tripartite Agreement with recognized Unions including the petitioner Union.

2. It is stated that the Tripartite Agreement was entered into between the petitioner namely TNEB Engineers' Union, TANTRANSCO and TANGEDCO and the Trade Unions and Associations representing Officers as well as employees (Sl.No.17) on 12.02.2017 and they have also signed in the said Agreement.

3. Recording the aforestated submissions, this writ petition stands disposed off. There is no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
