ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court to deal with cases related to POCSO Act, Dharmapuri in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2023, by judgment dated 12.02.2024, and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal No.380 of 2024.

2. It is seen that the records have already been received and the typed set of papers are also made ready. Therefore, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal itself. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
