Today, the above matter is being posted under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, who would submit that the order copy has been erroneously marked to some other Sub Registrar's office and it should be dispatched to the "Tahsildar, Sulur Taluk, Sulur-641 402, Coimbatore District."

Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

Since the order copy has been wrongly marked to some other official, the Registry is directed to carry out the appropriate correction and issue order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner on payment of necessary fees.
