ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 13.10.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for mutation of tax assessment and water connection records in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.J.Bharathi Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned State Government Pleader for the respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 13.10.2020 and take a decision strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent alongwith all the relevant documents and a copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
