This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.10756 of 2023 order dated 10.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, final report is filed and the case is taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.23 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
