This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court dated 07.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4643 of 2023 in Cr.No.110 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
