2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as the respondents.

3. By order dated 29.08.2019, this Court condoned the delay of 1700 days in representing the caveat in the above OP by setting aside the order of the Master made in Application No. 866 of 2019, dated 04.07.2019.

4. It is now represented that the actual delay is 1700 days, but, the same has been typed as 1500 days in the order dated 29.08.2019 at two places. The first one is 3rd line of first paragraph. The second one is at the last but third line of 13th paragraph.

5. Perusal of the Master's order dated 04.07.2019 shows that the delay is 1700 days. Hence, the Registry is directed to correct 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

A.No.5211 of 2019 in O.P.No.120 of 2014 R. SUBRAMANIAN, J., trp the number of days of delay shown as "1500 days" in the order dated 29.08.2019 as "1700 days" in both the above mentioned places and issue a corrected order copy.
